Enzio's has the best pasta in Fort Collins if not the entire state. This is one of the few places where they actually make fresh pasta daily. This results in a thicker and wonderfully textured treat. The menu is limited, however, everything is top notch. The pizza is also spectacular if you enjoy a crispy, almost cracker-like, crust. The white bean soup is great and the tiramisu is the perfect way to end your meal.
