I used to go to Salon Ziba about 10 years ago. I wanted to get a new haircut so I decided I would try Salon Ziba again. In the past I absolutely loved the everything about the salon. My daughter and I would go there regularly for haircuts etc. I looked online because I couldn't remember exactly how to get there. I read all the comments left by other people that had gone to the salon. I decided to take a chance anyway. I went and I asked for a specific haircut. When it was all said and done I looked worse than from when I first walked in. I told the stylist this and he was actually trying to convince that it looked good. I don't proclaim to be a beauty queen but I know what a good haircut looks like on me. I was not happy about it and made it known that I wasn't happy. . I waited for others to comment on my haircut and all were of the same opinion - you call that a haircut? I waited a week and went to salon near my home (first time I've gone there) and had my hair done. The woman asked me questions and listened to my answers and I walked out with the haircut that I wanted.
