We went to this place last night and after an half hour wait we were finally seated. Right of the bat, the waiters seemed to be missing in action. We ordered some beers and they arrived right below room temperature for our drinking pleasure! About an hour later came the food, which was well portioned but average in taste, and the waiters seemed to be unaware that we were even there. Luckily about another hour later, the bill arrived but it wasnt until 30 minutes later that we got our credit card back with a receipt. Oh and here is the kicker! the receipt took a 20% gratuity automatically as if their service was worthy of some kind of a tip! When we expressed our complaint we were met with argumentative managers who let us know that ""No One had complained in the last 10 years!! ( well apparently my friend you obviously have not read these reviews) So HERE IS A TIP FELLOW RESTAURANT GOER, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY Pros: Good location Cons: TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR MANAGEMENT more
