My boyfriend knows that I am a huge fan of sushi. He saw this place in downtown St. Paul called Fuji-ya. I had never been there and drove by serveral times. The service was great, the food was great. Everyone was so friendly. The waitress was a great help also with recommending different sushi dishes as well as specials they had on specific types of sushi. Since then we always go to Fuji-ya every two weeks, it's become a sort of routine for us now. I highly recommend Fuji-ya on Grand for anyone who is looking to experience great quality sushi.
