Went in for a wedding consult knowing the type of flowers and design I was looking for. I also brought my wedding organizer with as much detail of my wedding as I could find (including pictures). I was immediately chastised for bringing color swatches but not bringing an exact picture of what I wanted (????). We were then told that we would receive an estimate within the next ""couple of weeks"". This was eight weeks ago and I have spent the last six weeks in another city for work while my fiancee has called them several times with no real response...needless to say I have lost valuable time and now I have to look for a new florist.
