Leading Edge Recovery Solutions is one of the most vile businesses I have come into contact with. The debt collectord there are full of hatred, and the're not afraid to show it. The representative that I had the (un)pleasure of talking to, acted as if I were a child, being scorned for doing something naughty. The woman did not care to hear that I have had unexpected medical bills arise recently, just wanted ""her"" money. I then talked to her supervisor. I told TOM that I did not want to be contacted at work again. He agreed and we hung up with nothing resolved. JANET called me again the following week. I called back and spoke to TOM again. He insisted that I never told him not to call me at work! Basically, he called me a liar to my face! I told him that I was going to report himself and JANET to the Federal Trade Commission for breaking the law. He proceeded to hang up on me! Very Professional! I did make a report to the FTC, and I would encourage others who have to deal with this kind of bullying to do the same! Nothing will change unless people like us do something about it and stand up for ourselves.
