Em R Wings' "" Buffalo style"" wings are atrocious! They are the worst that my husband and I have tried in the Apex/Raleigh area. We are from Buffalo, so we know what we're talking about. They just taste like jalepeno peppers; that's it. For them to call the wings ""Buffalo style"" on their menu is a disgrace! Buffalo Brothers aren't bad. J & S isn't bad. We have come to the conclusion that we'll order wings completely plain and make our own sauce. It's mostly Frank's Red Hot, a tab of butter, a pinch of garlic powder and a pinch of onion powder. Restaurants, listen up! This is the magic potion. Not jalapenos, not chili flakes.
Pros: Onion Rings and Bleu Cheese were good
Cons: Horrible wings!
