Both my daughter and I have used this salon several times. I stopped going there (and I have ALWAYS gotten regular manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, massages, etc. wherever I've lived) because of how they handle weekend appointments. When I first called, back in 2006, I was told that on holiday weekends only, they keep your credit card number on file and charge you if you miss the appointment. I thought that was kind of strange, but based on II Creeks's rave reviews, I decided to take a chance. I was a regular! Then, almost a year later, they tell me they do this EVERY weekend. What if you have an unexpected emergency? What if you have a child that gets sick? I tried to ask them about this, but they weren't very nice about it and just said, ""That's our policy."" I had two appointments pending at the time and cancelled them both. What a shame . . . I spend quite a bit on ""upkeep"" and would have gladly kept going there if it weren't for this.
