I hired this salon to do hair and makeup before my wedding. I went in for a trial run on the make-up and purchased some of their make-up. I re-confirmed the date and time a few days prior to my wedding day. Come my wedding day, the Sensia employee was a NO SHOW!! They failed to show up, never called, and apparently ""forgot"" about my big day. When I finally reached the owner after the fact, he couldnt care less. It seemed to make no difference to them that their employee had failed to keep a very important appointment. They even refused to refund my money for the trial run and make up I purchased. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON.
