I have used Lilly Best Maids twice, and both times she complained that the house was too dirty and that she was going to have to charge more than the estimate she gave me. Furthermore, she used my cleaning supplies without indicating that she was going to. Although she cleaned the house thoroughly, I didn't appreciate paying extra money since the house was exactly as I described it (and Lilly refused to come to the house for an estimate--she preferred to do it over the phone without seeing the place). I have since found another cleaner and she has never charged extra.

Cons: expect to pay more than quoted, your supplies will be used
