I had my wedding there in May of 2007 and it turned out to be fabulous. The place is located on fifth ave, and has an amazing view of the Empire State Building. Most of my guests and my family were from outside of new york , and they loved it!! The manager was flexible with my deliveries. I had some rentals come from outside of new york and could not coordinate them on the day of the event. They were very helpful and stored them for me. They provide their own furniture in the loft and I used that too. In the lobby they even rolled out a red carpet and kept the elevators private for my guests. Overall I was very happy that nobody interfered with my event. I'm actually planning my best friend's wedding there in June 08.
Pros: location, view, flexible staff, and include furniture with the price
