We have used Kelly's for 2 years for our home heating/air conditioning. They were referred to us by a very satisfied neighbor who has been using them for 10+ years. Kelly's people have always been honest, gone above and beyond in explaining everything to us, their prices are fair, and they show up on time when they set an appointment.
Sadly, we are at a point in our history where good customer service is rare. These folks remind of a time when people cared about the level of service they provided and took pride in their work.
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
