Really educational and unique experience so far. I initially heard about the program through a friend. After the new year, part of my resolution (seems likely yearly) was to lose weight and found out that my friend lost about 14 lbs in 3 weeks and thought I would give a try myself.
I have now been in the program for 9 weeks and have lost 31.4 pounds. The thing I enjoy the most the the way the friendly staff really paid attention to my needs. I knew it was different when I got a phone call middle of my first week from the doctor to personally ask me how I was doing and whether I had any questions. Can't say this has happened before. I talk to Karla the dietitian as well as Sherri the behavioral therapist weekly and it has really helped with my eating related to stress and anxiety. Thank you girls for helping me so much with my diet and more importantly educating me on ways to healthier eating and lifestyle!
