Sedona is the best gym I have ever been to. It is not only a place to work out, but the staff and all the other women at that work out there are so friendly. I have made some great friends just through this health club. Not only can I do cardio and weights on my own time, but I can also sign up for great, unique classes (yoga, kickboxing, boot camp) that keep me motivated. The staff actually cares about their members and they really want everyone to succeed at whatever goals they have set up for themselves. They also bring out new competitions with great prizes (I won a free facial!) to help keep you motivated. Even when I don't feel like working out, I can always sit in the FAR Infared Spa and still burn tons of calories while I read a book. Definitely check this place out!
