I don't think they keep salt in the kitchen at elemental. there was certainly no seasoning on my food. they get their ingredients, cheeses and wines from whole foods, so don't waste your money. go to whole foods and cook a better meal for yourself. my soup was room temp. we had some sort of cheesecake that was the texture and flavor of jell-o. we tried most things on the menu and everything was bland, bland, bland. fortunately, that means it can be paired with a number of wines. on the upside, phred gives you enough cheap wine to make you forget the food.
