I was at Paulding Hospital recently for a mammogram. They have the new digital equipment installed there\r
now. Everyone that I encountered at this facility was very pleasant. My only complaint is that I was billed incorrectly, and when I called about it, the person was not exceptionally friendly, and it took writing a letter of complaint to get the billing error corrected. On the up side.... once they recieved the letter of complaint, they rectified the situation. I reccommend this facility, but advise anyone if they are offered a ""special price"" for early payment, that they should make sure they make note of the person's name that takes their payment in the event of a billing error.
Pros: Parking, pleasant staff, new mammogram equipment
Cons: billing staff rudeness and ineffectual staff in billing department
