He yelled at a woman (in front of her children) while we waited in the waiting room. The woman had her copay money but not money to cover the deductible. He said she wasted his time, and obviously didnt care if her children recieved treatment. He didnt care who heard him, he degraded her infront of the entire office. I took my child and left the building.
Pros: We got an appointment right away.
