I took my rabbit in as an emergency visit for complications after her spay which was performed there. Waited 3 hours in the waiting room. I had to go back up to the front desk and remind them I was there. Then the dr. told me I would not be charged for hospital stay since she was post op and when I went to pick her up 3 days later they charged me and the front desk girls were SOOOOO rude. I finally got it straigntened out and they said they would mail me my refund because they were wrong. That was a month ago and I am still waiting for my refund. They rip you off big time go somewhere else, it's not worth it TRUST ME!!!!
