Recently I brought my very sick dog to The Animal Emergency Center. The people working there were awful, rude and very inconsiderate of my feelings. At this very difficult time, I really needed a friendly face not just a good vet. Yes, they seemed to be very competent for animal emergencies but that is it. Any day of the week you could find more friendly people working at Taco Bell than here.
