Fiamma has got to be one of, if not
the best, fine dining Italian restaurant I've ever been to! Everything from the ambiance to the expansive wine list was fantastic. The wait staff was very attentive, knowledgeable and always very courteous. But the main focus of the night was definitely the food! I can?t even begin to describe how delicious everything we tasted that night was! We shared the Straccetti and Polipo as antipasti; the Raviolini and Agnolotti as pasta; and the Branzino and Tagliata as entrees. Everything from the Straccetti to the Tagliata was to die for! The flavors all complemented themselves and each other perfectly and the portion sizes were perfect. Bigger than what you would normally expect to get at a fine dining restaurant. All in all I was more than pleased with Fiamma and I will definitely recommend it to anyone who knows good food and expects to get it!
