She'll help you eat better no matter how many nights a week you eat out or order in. She's very supportive and very encouraging. She understands that there will be off days and even works with you to make them less ""off."" She's got a recommendation for any menu or style of food...Thai, Japanese, I've even asked her about ice cream. Great nutritionist!
