We have been going to Sushi Hai since it opened and although it is not the best sushi in town, it is one of the most consistent. I also do think that is close to the best quality in town. The nigri sushi always seems fresh and the rolls are great too. I also like how the waitstaff can usually recommend small twists to the rolls that really make them interesting without sacrificing the way it should taste - Ex. adding strawberries. The waitstaff has always been polite and helpful as well, and I have never had a bad experience with them. The Hai Bar below does gets a little strange late at night, but it doesn't affect the restaurant. All in all, given the consistency and the quality of the food and the service-oriented waitstaff, I think this is one of the best sushi places in town.
Pros: Never had to wait long, consistency, waitstaff, quality
Cons: Hai Bar Below
