Nice atmosphere and good drinks, but not worth being harassed by their idiotic staff. After being forced to check my coat (what does this place think it is?), I became chilly in the lounge and retrieved my coat, only to be harrassed once again to RE-CHECK my coat! After explaining that I was going to wear it b/c I was cold (I shouldn't have bothered) the brainless hostess kept insisting I could not bring it into the lounge. Finally, I just stormed past her. Furthermore, my friend who was returning a call in the foyer (it was raining outside) was told by the ""bouncer"" she couldn't speak on her phone there and was shooed out into the rain. New York has plenty of other places with atmosphere, good food and drinks, and courteous staff. Don't waste your time here.
