A land mark that generations of my family use to tip the elbow at 4/23/2007

Its a place that locals are known to meet and discuss neiborhood things check in with friends , and the expansion of the college Salve Regina they have been accepted and I would like to make it less of a neighborhood secret and make it a place for tourists to get to see the local side of Newport because most of the Island isn't mansions but it is unique in the fact that from neiborhood stores to homes are still there from when the immigrants came and built in the early 1900's such as my great grand father from Ireland that my Nana still lives in. Pros: parking would be a problem but in the summer spring and fall evrybody walks so not a problem Cons: no food more
