I sent my wedding dress to be cleaned and it came back destroyed. Green Valley was unwilling to accept responsibility for what they had done. They tried to blame it on the manufacturer. If they had known what was going to happen when they cleaned it, they should have told me and given me the option to say, ""no"" do not clean my dress, because there is no way I would have let they! I am so upset. They were impossible to get a hold of, and were not helpful at all.
