This restaurant has been one of me and my husband's favorites for a while. We love the amazing food, the ever-changing menu, wine selection, and knowledgeable waitstaff. This restaurant is small yet intimate and offers a gourmet touch to the Breck. I recently had the opportunity to have the Chorizo Queso Fundido along with the Field Greens Salad followed by the Cashew Encrusted Sea Scallops. Every selection was eloquently matched and the tastes were harmonious and divine. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful and was a complete joy to interact with. We will be back again for sure! If you are looking for a nice dinner for two or with intimate friends, this is the place. However, on the last two visits we had to Cafe Alpine (and at not fault to the restaurant), there were loud children and screaming infants present. I have no idea why parents would want to drag their kids to such an establishment since there is no kid's menu available and the food can be quite pricey. Is not place sacred? Oh well, the food alone makes this place worthwhile. Just try to make reservations for after 8pm when the tots have hopefully gone to bed!
Pros: Food, Wine, Atmosphere is Gorgeous
Cons: Has a stack of baby chairs in the doorway/foyer.... Need to be gotten rid of..Not for kids
