Suchi serves up some of the best South Indian food in the triangle. I highly recommend the Spicey Okra dish, served up with warm naan, or to try the buffet to sample the cuisine. One advantage of ordering aside from the buffet is they can cater the spice to your tastes on a rating scale of 0 to 25. For those used to spice, I recommend a 15 which best compliments the food.\r

The restaurant does not focus on its service, or ambience, but they do serve up excellent food.
