I don't understand how this place stays in business. They go through a different name each year (currently its EPIC). The service is extremely slow, theres a ton of people running around while the phone can ring for a few minutes at a time until someone finally snaps and picks it up. The cars are generally scratched/dented, dirty, cigarette stained and smell bad. Nobody wants to be there and its hard to tell if half the staff isn't talking about you in spanish. I've rented 3 times and each was a new awful experience that only ended with them not caring about you, the customer.
Pros: near bridge
Cons: poor unorganized inconmpetant business
