I got a new copier in the office and was looking around at different companies to service the machine. We are a big law firm and would probably put 50,000 clicks on the machine a month. These people were the highest! I just laughed at them and didn't call them back. Get several quotes and see where they fall and let me know if you can justify the additional expense.
Cons: Too Expensive!
