I really like the services at this place-I have had massages, pedis, and various waxes and they have all been great. I had my first bikini wax here and I was made to feel very comfortable. However, the women who work the front desk have given me some problems. One time I spent nearly 20 minutes on the phone with the receptionist trying to make appointments for myself and my boyfriend to get massages. She mysteriously booked them on two seperate weekends (despite the fact that I stresses repeatedly that I wanted them same day, same time). She asked me to spell his name several times, but when we arrived it was still not even remotely his name. However, the staff members who actually perform the services are great and very capable. I have never had my hair done here, but the spa is great! Just some frustrating scheduling issus.
