Horrible customer service. Everyone in the showroom is incompetent, the district manager is impossible to get a hold of and he is just as useless. In addition to having terrible customer service, the couch came a month after it was promised, and even then the delivery guys didn't come when promised. The couch is nice and a reasonable value, but the headaches of using this company are just not worth it. I went to the store on 14th and 3rd, but from reading the reviews and trying to talk to the district manager it would seem they are all the same. Unless you are the most patient person on the planet and have the lowest expectations on the planet, steer clear!
