I visited this salon after reading all their great reviews. It was my birthday and I wanted a little change. So I thought I would give them a try. My visit though ( sad to say) was horrible . First of all the hair stylist I was there to see was 35 mins late ... after 10 mins I asked if we would be starting soon as I was on my lunch break... I was told that he was with a client and would see me shortly .Mind you I had an appointment set three days prior, but I wanted to get my hair done so I waited. He passed by several times and paid me no mind and did not even appoligized when he finally introduced himself . ...20 mins later!!!!!!!!!!!. Now for ""my hair cut"" ... as a first time client I tried to express what I wanted , but he insisted he knew what to do and stopped me by saying "" I know , I know."" "" I've been doing this for some time now""! I was shocked but figured everyone has a bad day now and then , he's a professional and his work would make up for his awful personality..And then he stopped several more times to talk to his other client during MY service . I can't believe I was being treated so rudely .I WAS TREATED AS IF I WAS INTERRUPTING HIS DAY . After 1hr 30mins My hair looked no better than it did when I walked in ,when I tried to tell him it did not look like what I wanted , he got defensive and said that -"" I was being picky ,the style he did was better for me."" and he walked away. I expected so much better going in that day ... all I got was disappointment . A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
