SOOO many cars get broken into! Cops say it's a regular thing! Management agrees it happens a lot and yet will not get some sort of grounds security or at least a gate for our ONE entrance. No grass on property, just dirt with a few remnants of bark dust. Place is dirty. Insulation POOR; so HOT in summer and in winter the heater has to always be on, because it cools down so fast, once it's turned off. Place not recommended. Well, maybe if you don't have a car to get broken into/stolen and you can deal with noise and such. Oh, nearby freeway access and bus lines.
Pros: Close to bus and freeway. Small dogs allowed.
Cons: Lot of car break ins. Unsympathetic management (security wise).
