I had a horrible experience with that restaurant. Last week I ordered food to go. They deliver totally different dish for which I paid and agree to leave with me. I called restaurant to let them know that the host mistaken my order. This past week I called them again to order food and they REFUSED to take my order and deliver the food. (They told me because I complained). HOW HORRIBLE! Number one: they made mistake, I paid for different dish I ordered and now they do REFUSE to TAKE MY ORDER??? This is not good. Management did not want to talk to me. They hung up on me! This is not a good customer service. There is so many restaurants in NYC to choose from. By treating me such a BAD way (their fault and their mistake they did) I will NOT RECOMMEND anyone this place. You want good food and good service and this restaurant has a very bad reputation. My friends also had bad experience with food, not good and not CLEAN. Go somewhere else!
