Our family has been going to Yuen Lui for five years, and have always been happy with the resulting photos. Kenneth was the name of our photographer, and he was always tireless in his efforts to capture a good pictures of us, and also incredibly patient with our four very young children. The last time we went in for a portrait of our kids, Kenneth had left, and we were matched up with a young woman as our new photographer. She was impatient, seemingly condescending when I made some suggestions about how to get my kids to smile for the camera, and overall left me with the feeling that I didn't want to return to the studio for a future portrait. It is unfortunate because the studio is close to our home, but it reminded me that the studio itself is not what makes it great, the photographers at the studio are what matter. Hopefully, they'll either coach their existing photographers into better client-relations skills, or rehire Kenneth! I wish them luck. The people who work on administrative duties there have never been anything but cordial and accomodating.
