The people who work there are unprofessional at best and nasty at worst. This place has never heard of the concept that the ""customer is always right"". They screwed up my prescription (I discovered they wrote a ""90"" instead of a ""40"") and when I went back to tell them that there was a problem, they immediately blamed my doctor for giving me the wrong prescription and then blamed me for not checking their transcription. While I can live with pricey glasses, you should get what you pay for and that should include good customer service. I will not go back there.
