I have been to Jacks several times now and I really don't have any complaints. First of all, there are three floors of goodies. The first floor is full of 99 cent items where you find anything from frozen foods to refrigerator magnets. Think of anything in between and its there. Socks, candles, tools, cleaning supplies, make-up. Best of all, not everything is non-brand. I have actually purchased Campbells soups, Delmonte's tomato sauces as well as Bazooka bubble gum. Some items are 2 for 99 cents so sometimes I am surprised when the cashier totals my order. Just keep in mind that the first floor registers are programmed only for the 99 cent items so you cannot shop on the upper floors then bring goods downstairs. Okay, now to the other floors. The second floor has anything from picture frames to picnic supplies to cookware. All at very reasonable prices. The third floor has more expensive (but still reasonable) items such as HD TV's and Hamilton Beach Stand Up mixers. I have seen those for 399 bucks and at Jack's it was 169 bucks. Still a great deal. I have never tried to return anything so I am no expert on their policy regarding returns and thus cannot comment on that. Still, I know Jack's is closing in about 5 minutes from now (approximately 7:45 PM) and I wish that were not so because I would run there right now and do a little shopping.
