First time there with my wife and family our dining experience was awful from a thru z if you know what i mean! I felt rushed from the time we sat down, we ordered appetizers and meals and we got our meals before the appetizers. We felt rushed because we had our kids with us and that was wrong, and top of that the food was blah, blah, no taste, big portion!
