Kemps Windows is without a doubt the best in Portland. Their quality and service is impeccable. They went above and beyond what other services would do to make sure my windows were perfect. Not only was the service paramount but their prices are affordable for the tightest of budgets. I would not only recommend them but would say you are making a mistake going with somebody else.
