so i've been there more than a few times....they have the cover band, the starfuckers twice a week. they're ok- but off stage they're pretentious. i enjoy sitting with other musicians discussing music, but unless you're willing to buy them drinks or have illegal substances, don't count on it. don't get me wrong, i've met a ""few"" cool people there. there is actually one band i saw there for the first time that I am currently working with. drinks are really expensive, bartenders are only nice to you if they KNOW you, and the clientele walk around acting like their excrement doesn't stink. sorry, just NEVER had a good experience (except the once) at this bar. so just walk past it into the whiskey, the viper, the roxy, the rainbow, the key club, ANYWHERE
