I had my son near four years ago and ever since I have been struggling to get the baby weight off. I just finally gave up. I heard about Shaun Kelley and I have been on the program now for 3 weeks. I'm seeing the results and that is the best motivater. There is nothing better then getting on a scale and realizing you have lost fat and gained muscle. It makes you proud and that you are making a difference in your body. Before joining with Shaun Kelley, i was a part of nationally recognized gym and i did not see the same results after working out for months. I feel that the difference here, is that the cost is a bit higher, which forces you to stick with it. You are also given a personal trainer that will push you to your limit and that is great on the days when you just can't go anymore. And the trainers are very knowledgeable about what they do. They are not some kid straight out of highschool who ""thinks"" they know what is best for you. I would recommend the program to anyone!
