If you can follow directions, this program will work for you. I researched a lot of so-called programs before finally deciding on Shaun Kelley's program. No other gym/studio in town really has a complete program like this. I have tried working out with a trainer, doing cardio, reducing calories, etc. Nothing worked as well until I did this program. It takes a complete program to get results. I adhered to the program's principles and lost exactly within the range Shaun gave me when I met with him the first time. The personal trainers are first rate...my personal faves are Yuri and Pete. It's expensive, but well worth the cost. My only regret is that I didn't start the program sooner.
