I recently called Seaside Sanitation to complain about my $30 trash can being broken during pick-up. I didn't receive a call back until I threatened to cancel my service. At that point, I was promised a new trash can immediately. After two additional pick-ups and no new trash can, I called to cancel my service and I attempted to explain why I was doing so. The customer service rep didn't seem to care why I was calling, cancelled my service immediatly without any effort to resolve the situation, and promptly hung up. With other companies servicing the area at matching prices (to the penny) what incentive is there to accept poor customer service? Cons: Customer Service, Quality of Service more
