Over the course of going there several times a month for a two-year period, I also experienced some of the rudest staff in the world. You'd step in expecting to be pampered and it sometimes took up to 45 minutes to even be acknowledged by the staff. Occasionally, I'd call on the phone and ask for my hairdresser just to assure her I had been sitting there. Of course, the one time I got caught in traffic and arrived 20 minutes late (despite the fact I called in advace to give them a head's up) I was chastised severely. After two bad hair experiences, I have up and never went back. And, no one ever called to see what had become of me.
Pros: Great product selection & they offer you cookies and something to drink
Cons: Lousy service, no parking nearby
