My experience of The Edison was BAD! My husband and I plus couple of our friends want to hang out on a Sat night, and one of our friends told us this ?HOT? place to go. We got there around 9:45p.m. The doorman made us wait in line, when there are only a few people in front of the door.
We waited around 30 minutes, and there are more and more people get into the ?VIP? line (in front of the door). The door man told us this ?regular line? might take us 2.5 hours wait. They will only let the VIP in. What the H@@L? We got there before 10p.m, and we are all professionals! We're no ghett@ !! Let me tell ya! Most of the non-color skin ppl did get in!! You see them just walk in front of the line?.and somehow; they just got into the bar! What the H@@L is this??? My husband was wearing a pair of very expansive shoes (white sneaker). One doorman saw it and told him, you don?t need to wait. We won?t let you in! coz you are wearing tennis shoe! That?s no tennis shoes! That?s a pair of Prada sneaker! D@M IT! Who will wear a Prada sneaker to play tennis???!! This bar it is just dump! If you want to act like a super rich hollywood star with major attitude. This is the place you want to be. If you are someone want a down-to-earth place to hang out. Don?t go there! Why pay the high price, and let those non-high school graduated doormen to judge you. Plus there are fashion polices to check out your clothes before you can even get to the line!
