One of the best facial experiences ever, Jillian (owner) treated me herself, she is so gentle and thorough, explains all the products she will be using and why, gave me great advice regarding my skin type, she is very knowledgeable and put me right at ease, and then went to give me one of the most pleasant and non-irritating facials ever. She takes great pride & care in her treatments and this spa, on the cozy side, feels very intimate, you are treated as an individual not just a generic customer, with great personal attention and warmth. When I looked in the mirror, my face was so clean and refreshed and literally glowing ! She also sells a fantastic array of products, some hard to find, some I'd never heard of, but all worth trying. Definitely will be going back each time I'm in NYC. Good work Jillian !!
