I just recently moved down to NC and was very very nervous about finding a new stylist. I had a "usual" one that I went to for years where I used to live. So I made the appointment the same week my Mother-In-Law and my Sister-In-Law were in town visiting. That way I would have them by my side and I knew that they would be brutally honest with me. The sytist I was assign to was April R. and I have to say it was the most pleasant experience. She was great with helping to choose what color would compliment me the best. She also took direction with the way I wanted my hair cut very well and made suggestions that took the cut to a FABULOUS level. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. The end result was great looking hair. So much so that my in-laws made appointments for themselves before their vacation was over. Haircolorxperts at the Arboretum will definitely be my "usual" from now on.
Pros: Atmosphere is great, Staff is very friendly & professional
Cons: The Arboretum is not open on Sundays.
