Cardio, yoga, tanning, circut...much much more! It may sound silly, but I love the locker rooms, they provide all of the items you need. Hair products, lotions, towels..... you only need to bring you and your goals! They have alot of specials now as well, so go in, tell them what you want and see what they can do. This is the best womens only facility I have been to! Oh, and you can go to OTHER shape express facilities as well ( bet you didn't know that!) for free. Go NOW!!!!! You aren't losing any weight reading this!
