My husband bought me an utterly over-priced shirt at Queen Bee. When I went to return it, they told me that they couldn't take it back (not even for an exchange!). I had the receipts and the tag was still on the shirt. They were still carrying the shirt so there was no reason why they couldn't take it back and re-sell it. They said that they had a 10-day return policy...even for a gift that I had just received the day before! The 13-year old girls working in the store called the manager to "ask permission" to exchange it but that request was apparently denied. I've worked in retail for 10 years and never heard of such a ridiculous policy. Everything in the store is over-priced. They have teenagers selling $300 t-shirts and they clearly aren't concerned with building any sort of loyal clientele. I would stay away from this store. more
