We have been to Kitchen 233 at least 6 times. We have had pretty good dinners until tonight. Our evening started out on a slow note as we sat with our menus for quite some time before anyone came over to greet us. It just went downhill from there. We were definitely the forgotten table that evening. Things went from bad to worse when one entre came out completely cold. By the time our server returned my dinner date had finished his meal... so when the server asked how everything was (and could see that I had taken 1 bite of my meal) i told her that my steak had arrived cold, she shyly appologized (she was actually very sweet) so I suggested that she wrap it up since my companion had already finished his meal( which was deliscious if you like salmon) No one ever offered to replace the meal or take it off the check. Needless to say $150 later (including a $50 bottle of wine) I was going home hungry and angry. I had recommended this place to so many people...but won't make that mistake again. If you are going to charge $27 for an entre...do it right. that was the most expensive cold steak sandwich I have ever ordered.
